Two-bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Garage Parking in Smíchov

Great overall stay. Clean and comfortable apartment with parking. These are the new apartments being built in Smichov. Nearby construction did get a bit noisy on 1 day (7 day stay) and was a bit hot in May 2025 but cooled off at night.

Mooi nieuw en schoon appartement in nieuwbouwcomplex. Metro/tram vlakbij. Fijne supermarkt, koffietentje, restaurants en winkelcentrum ook vlakbij. Prima parkeren in ondergrondse garage. Kan het zeker aanbevelen!!

We stayed in this brand new 5-star apartment in Prague 5 and honestly, it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had! The place is beautifully designed – super modern, clean, and spacious, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood but still just a short walk to multiple tram stops and public transportation. It made getting around Prague incredibly easy – whether you're heading into the city center or exploring local cafés and parks, everything is super accessible. The interior is exactly like the photos (if not better!). The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom had a luxurious walk-in shower, and the kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality appliances and utensils. There’s fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and even a washer/dryer – a big plus for longer stays. The host was very responsive and friendly, with smooth check-in and great local tips. The building itself is secure and quiet.
