Gut geschnittene Wohnung, sauber, schönenes Ambiente, guter Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, in die Altstadt bräuchte man zu Fuß recht lang, mit dem Bus/der Straßenbahn dauert es nur ein paar Minuten. Freundliche Standardabsage auf die Frage, ob früher als 16 Uhr eingecheckt werden kann, aber ohne Prüfung, ob die Wohnung evtl. schon fertig wäre.
