After initial problems finding which apartment it was, everything was great. There was, however, many stairs and the “elevator” did not really service the apartment. However, the apartment was huge, well appointed, clean, and centrally located, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Some of the problems were my own misunderstanding I’m sure. I would recommend this apartment highly!

Everything was fantastic - great location and great place and great communication. The only thing that I can think about improving is not charging extra for borrowing a baby crib (current charge is $50 for crib and another $50 for the chair) and charging extra for a second set of keys.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist noch größer als es auf den Bildern scheint. Außerdem lief alles reibungslos und die Kommunikation stets verlässlich. Sehr gerne wieder! :)
