Deluxe living with balcony overlooking gardens in Lesser Town

Bel appartement, très haut de plafond, c'est si rare de nos jours. Literie exvellente, très large. Grande télé, Chauffage et SdB fonctionnant très bien. Équipement de cuisine récents et de qualité. Tranquille et très bien situé. Avec ascenseur. Restaurants, mini market, souvenirs, bars, thé café, boulangerie, snacking en nombre. Proximité de parcs, du quartier du château, du Pont Charles, de l'île Kampa, de Mala Strana... Excellent choix pour découvrir Prague. On peut ne pas pendre les transports (pourtant très bon marché et nombreux à proximité). Sauf si on aime faire 3 ou 4 musées. Mais Prague est une ville où traîner et se promener. La culture est partout, c'est dommage de forcer le pas...

Lovely stay with a responsive host. The flat was well-located, matched the description, and the host was quick to respond. They were also flexible with my check-in time, which I appreciated. However, only one bedroom was prepared despite booking a two-bedroom flat. There were no spare beddings in sight either, and the host wanted to charge over 400 CZK to make the second room, arguing that because there were only two guests, they only prepare one room unless notified 24 hours in advance—something not stated in the listing. They refused to resolve it without payment, but Airbnb customer service intervened. Their “eco-friendly” excuse felt inconsistent, given the plastic flower decorations in the flat. If booking, carefully check their post-booking messages for unexpected conditions. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the lack of transparency was disappointing.
