170 m² | Deluxe family apartment in trendy Karlín

I stayed in this flat for 37 nights and overall it was a good experience. There was no heat for the first 6 nights but eventually Prague Days sent someone who could fix the boiler. The flat is spacious and comfortable and in a great location. There were some strange parts of the experience though which reflected lack of full coordination on the side of Prague Days. For example: I was told no one could come check the boiler while I was not in the flat because the office did not have any extra keys. Then when I asked how to duplicate the key set when the other guests arrived, I was told to check in the mailbox and there were five additional sets of keys, sitting there all along. In addition, the kitchen is not as well equipped as it could be, and one of the few pans provided for cooking does not even work on the induction stovetop. With a little more care and attention, this could be a 5-star experience in Prague. As it stands now though a 4-star rating is accurate if not generous.

Beautiful apartment. Best option for 8 people. Adam and his team were very helpful and replied to all our queries promptly. Would definitely stay here when I go to Prague again.
