Bright One-bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Garage in Smíchov

Great apartment at a great location. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. Great public transportation connections (Andel station is a 5 minutes walk from the apt). There is a construction site across the building, but the noise didn't bother us because we spent most of the time outside and the apartment has great sound isolation on its own when you close the window and balcony door.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful—modern, sleek, and spotless. It has plenty of storage space, a fully equipped kitchen, and very comfortable beds and pillows. The building feels secure with friendly 24-hour security staff. The location is excellent: just a few minutes’ walk to public transportation, a major train station, supermarkets, and restaurants. Cons: The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. The keys were stored at a separate location, not at the apartment itself, so we had to follow a map to retrieve them. We arrived during a heatwave with young kids and several suitcases, only to find that the garage key was inside the apartment—meaning we had to find nearly impossible street parking first. Once we finally got into the garage, we discovered it was in a different building from the apartment, so we had to drag all our luggage in the hot sun to reach our place. Ubytovanie prebehlo bezkontaktne, podľa jasných inštrukcií, čo nám veľmi vyhovovalo. Byt bol krásny, nový, čistý a plne vybavený – nič nám nechýbalo. Veľkým bonusom bola garáž v cene. Poloha je výborná, len pár krokov od stanice metra Anděl. Hostiteľ bol priateľský a komunikoval rýchlo. Pobyt v Prahe sme si užili a ubytovanie môžeme len odporučiť. Ďakujeme!
