Stayed 5 night nights in Sept. Great location close to tram stops and good restaurants. Little shop at end of street which is convenient. Apartment is quite nice if a little oddly architected. The king size bed is two singles joined together. We didn't find it noisy. It doesn't have aircon so might be very warm in the summer. Two strong fans were provided. It was mostly 21-25C for the time we were there. The description stated a toaster was there but it turned out to be a sandwich toaster. Not much use if you like toast for breakfast. The host said they would update the listing but maybe providing an inexpensive toaster would be better for future clients. There is a large TV which has Youtube, Netflix etc but doesn't have an aerial so has no TV stations. The sofa (bed) is so low to the ground it was not useable for us which was a pity. Shower is in the bath with no curtain or screening and shower head is fixed at chest height. Other than that everything else was very good.
