great place to stay, very nice apartment, clean and walking distance from the historical centre, really quiet during the night. the 4 flight of stairs are not really an issue. there is a dog in another apartiment in the building which tends to bark, but probably only when left alone during the day so we never heard him during the evening/night. the pull-out sofa couch is fine for one person but probably not fit for two.
