Nice, modern flat, ideal for 4 people. We are family of 5and the single bed/ sofa bed was highly uncomfortable, not suitable for sleeping. Kitchen could be better equipped with more kitchenware (there was only 3 mugs and not many glasses), not enough utensils and pots for cooking. We ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets on day 3 (again should be stocked up by enough everyday items). Otherwise communication was prompt and efficient. Location for us was ideal as we have family that lives nearby otherwise about 30mins to city centre by public transport. The flat is located above a pub, but we never heard any noise (may be different during summer months)
