Prague days The guest requested to stay an additional night, which we allowed, even though it was last minute. We made clear that the price for the extra night would be €92, which was higher than the original rate because the guest had received a discount on the previous nights, and this discount could not be applied to the additional night. When the guest failed to pay for the extra night, we informed them that our colleague would need to stop by unless the payment was made. Instead of cooperating, the guest claimed they had no money and insisted that the price was too high. The situation escalated further when the guest chose not to settle the payment and left before our colleague arrived. The guest did not communicate appropriately during this time, which led to the confusion. We were left without payment for the extra night and had to manage the situation accordingly. We always aim to be clear and fair with our guests but this situation was handled poorly on the guest's part.
