Overall, a good stay in a comfortable location for exploring Prague. Unfortunately the WiFi wasn't working, and after having reported this, we had to chase the host for status updates. Their first attempt to resolve it failed, because they gave the wrong key to the service representative who would pass by in our absence. The second attempt succeeded, and we were provided with a SIM-based router. We had about 2 days of no WiFi, so we asked for a partial refund. The initial communication about this refund wasn't very reassuring. Eventually a manager was involved, and a very reasonable refund was provided immediately. Prague Days, the company who hosts this apartment, took the opportunity to show that they care about resolving mistakes, and making their guests satisfied.

Clean apartment with ample space and nice porches! Would stay again
