Apartment is in good location. Tram stops minutes away. 10 min walk to playground and park. Not too long to walk to Old town. Good restaurants and cafes in walking distance. We stayed here 10 days without a car and used the tram to get all over the city. Apartment building was pretty quiet. Neighborhood quiet.
