Prague Days were extremely responsive. From the time of our booking, they have been proactive in communication. The apartment is beautiful, true to pictures, and in an amazing location that is easily walkable to major sites and close to essentials. It was very clean. They reached out shortly before our arrival to let us know that the main fridge wasn’t working, and that a replacement was in the living room. It was unobtrusive. They also let us know one of the air conditioners was making noise but was functional. There were some issues: I needed to reset the boiler twice for different error codes. We had to take cold showers one night. Also, the dishwasher didn’t work. In both instances they were responsive, but the dishwasher was not fixed while we were there. Had it not been for those issues, this would have easily been a five star experience.

Stayed with 2 of my friends. Was in such a great location, everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. Although be warned the three flights of stairs to the apartment aren’t for the week but over all highly recommend!!

We had a very pleasant stay in this apt on the top floor. We had a few issues at first but they were immediately attended to. The customer service is top notch and the service extremely friendly. The apt is wonderfully quiet as the building is on a quiet lane not exposed to the noise of cars , and heavy pedestrian foot traffic. The bedrooms are comfortable, the living room cozy and many bathrooms. The 3 flights of stairs didn’t bother us. If you can’t get up those stairs you need to check the state of your health. Our 79 year old parents got up those stairs just fine and with 4 suitcases. And the location of the apt cannot be beat! That is what you pay for! The view from the rooftop is stunning . I already suggested to them that the ACs need to be upgraded but they did keep us cool on the top floor on one of the hottest weekends in Prague this summer. All in all a super stay.
