מיקום מעולה המון בתי קפה ומסעדות בסביבה . דירה נקייה מאד. סדינים ומצעים מריחים טוב. זרם במקלחת מצויין. הדירה ישנה וגם הריהוט , התיכנון של הדירה לא טוב, השירותים קרובים למטבח , חדר השינה השני ללא דלת וחלון . אין מייבש כביסה .- זה חסר . אין מרכך לשיער - קונדישנר אין כובע רחצה מייבש השיער ישן ומיושן .
