El apartamento corresponde exactamente a lo mostrado en las imágenes. Es un espacio agradable, amplio, bien ventilado y con buena iluminación. Desde allí se puede llegar al centro de la ciudad en unos 15 a 20 minutos utilizando el transporte público. La zona es tranquila y cuenta con restaurantes, bares y supermercados a menos de 10 minutos a pie. Un detalle que apreciamos especialmente fue la biblioteca, con una buena selección de libros disponibles. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue siempre fluida, mostrando disposición constante para ofrecer recomendaciones y sugerencias sobre lugares para visitar en la ciudad.

Krásný byt v nové části Karlína. Čistota a vybavení bytu fajn. Jen co bych doplnila tak záclony v obýváku do vnitrobloku pro lepší pohodlí. Trochu obtížné hledání parkovacího místa v garáži. Lokalita kousek od MHD. Škoda výhledu z ložnic na betonárku. Ale jinak byl byt na 1, moc rádi se zase vrátíme.
