Very clean place, great location in the city center but quiet, highly recommend staying here. The host was very responsive and helpful. Only thing to be wary of is when you checkout the keys had to be left inside the apartment, and the elevator doesn't work without the keys. So after checkout you will have to bring your luggage down 8 flights of stairs. This can be an issue if you are not traveling light.
