Staying here was really great. It was perfect for our family, in a quiet and nice neighbourhood, but very close (15 min walk) to the city centre and all of the attractions. The apartment was nice, clean and had all the equipment we needed and then some. Check in was easy with very detailed instructions with pictures. There was a bad experience with parking. This is the reason that I deducted one star. We had to really search for the address and a narrow passage from the main street. It is impossible to drive to it from the street (coming from the river). It took us an hour and a half driving in circles before we decided to just carefully drive over the tram barriers to get to the other side (there was no traffic). I made 2 phone calls and on the first they told us to NOT drive into the Palladium parking garage which is on the same street. In the end, this would be the easiest and fastest way. Drive in on one side and drive out on the other side of the street (it is free for 10 min).
