L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et moderne comme sur la presentation. Les équipements sont fonctionnels. Tout les lieux touristiques sont a 30 minutes environ en métro ou tram. L'appartement donne sur les deux façades sud et nord, ce qui permet de créer un courant d'air traversant pour le raffraichir. Du côte sud, il y a le balcon qui limite l'exposition au soleil de midi. Malgré les fortes chaleurs pendant notre séjour, la température de l'appartement est restée rafraîchissante.
